「We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment 」

「Great staff--they do everything they can to insure a great stay. Loaned us umbrellas, beach stuff, a shopping cart--plus lots of ideas on what to do. It is far enough away from the waterfront to be quieter, but just down the street from a major mall and an easy walk to the waterfront or there is a busline a block away.It is NOT the "Ritz"--but had a great pool that was empty most of the time and felt much more personal than a chain hotel.」

「We stayed in the apartment hotel for 4 nights for a family trip. The location is great and with many restaurant options and shops nearby. The room was very spacious with nice views of the river (or sea), bed was comfortable. There's very large parking area right across the street that costs 4 dollars overnight, very convenient. Since this is an apartment hotel, reception does not seem 24 hours available, so it would be better to check-in on time, otherwise it may be a little complicated...

「很大的面積, 有廚房所有烹煮物品俱備, 洗衣機，乾衣機，雪櫃,最好是有洗碗碟機及有露臺及不错的景觀。 酒店對面就是最大的商場Central Cairns Plaza, 內裏有間大型的超級市場及很多商舗和food courts. 步行往碼頭往大堡礁都是十分鐘. 整體上十分满意.」
