overall the property is good air conditioning was very poor especially the bedroom and the fridge was rather noisy but comfortable and nice place to stay

Spent 4 nights here. The unit is as described, very modern, spacious well equipped and clean. The balcony overlooks a good sized pool, nice gardens and is private. It is not too far from the city centre and the Esplanade. We encountered some difficulty accessing the lock box key set up as we are not familiar with these but that but the owner was contactable and able to assist us. We would certainly be staying here on our next visit.
