This hotel is a truck stop, rooms basic but clean.Lucky to have a room at the back otherwise would have been looking at alot of trucks.Truckers left early and the shower was cold,we imagine all the hot water had been taken(7am)Went for breakfast, 8am there was no staff and it looked like we were left with what the truckers did not want.Passed and purchased breakfast on route

La nevera estuvo sin funcionar durante toda la estancia pq no la arreglaron. El jabón de la ducha no llego ya que no se molestaron en revisarlo. Las toallas no las cambiaban.

Para hacer una parada de emergencia

Hotel a pie de carretera, que a pesar de tener el nombre como "nuevo" no esta muy modernizado. No tiene ascensor para acceder a las habitaciones y tampoco tiene cortina oscura para las ventanas. En el baño no habia jabon de manos. La televisión no sintonizaba ningun canal Desayuno buffet bastante triste.

Buen hotel viajes de trabajo

Es un hotel de carretera reformado recientemente, con un menú tanto de cenas como de comidas excelente , tiene carta informal también en el bar. Suele ser silencioso y tienen bastantes habitaciones individuales con una cama grande. Ponen buen horario la calefacción por lo que aunque llegues tarde la habitación está caliente.

Había efectuado una reserva y pagada la estancia, habitación doble. Al llegar al hotel, encima de no tener reservada la habitación doble y con la suerte de que les uedaban habitaciones individuales, nos pusieron un plegatín, estando muy justos y con el mismo coste. Pido que sea reconpensada por las molestias que me ocasionaron

No pensamos volver

Publican que están a 3 km de Calahorra, pero el sentido de la carretera te obliga a hacer más km. Son 12 kilómetros en coche a Calahorra.Llegamos a las 22:00 h. Nos indicaron que la habitación estaba en la primera planta, no hay ascensor ni rampa de acceso, sólo escalera. Al entrar en la habitación olía mal, como si hubieran fumado. Íbamos a pedir otra habitación pero era tarde, estábamos cansados y tal vez olía a cerrado o a humedad. Abrimos la ventana para ventilar y que saliera ese olor... Y vaya sorpresa cuando vimos un pequeño patio, a nivel del suelo de la habitación, del que cuando abrías la ventana, entraban moscas en el dormitorio. Después vimos algún insecto aplastado contra la pared y algunos pelillos en el baño. El dormitorio era pequeño y el cuarto de baño, muy pequeño. Si se te caía una toalla, lo hacía directamente al inodoro. Y era incluso difícil entrar en la pequeña bañera para ducharte, dada la estrechez de la mampara y del habitáculo que constituía el cuarto de baño. Todo esto lo dijimos al salir en Recepción, para su propia mejora, donde nos atendieron muy amablemente y también lo dijimos al director, muy atento. Nos pidió disculpas y nos dijo que él era nuevo allí.‌ No entendemos cómo este hotel pertenece a la cadena Zenit, de la que tenemos un buen concepto. Tampoco entendemos que tenga 3 estrellas, cuando es más bien un bar de carretera al que han añadido habitaciones en la planta superior. Eso sí, tiene una piscina en la que puedes darte un chapuzón

Terrible hotel

We arrived at the hotel the out door area was full of people we thought must be staying in the hotel but come 7pm they all left. Room had no window. Hotel restaurant was over priced, bland and tiny portions. It also stank in the evening of rancid sewage. Will never stay here again

Hab, continuas ruido y mal mantenimiento

Estuvimos alojados una noche, el mantenimiento de dicho hotel no es el adecuado, por la noche se oía a las personas que estaban alojadas a nuestro lado, así como el agua de lavabo, etc .… esperemos que esto sirva para que se corrijan los defectos del hotel.
