- In the heart of Calais, discover this bright and comfortable 22m² studio apartment on the first floor, just a 1km walk from the train station. Close to all amenities (laundromat 140m, "Calais Coeur de Vie" shopping center 200m, supermarket, gym, etc.). Secure paid parking 200m away or free street parking available. Features include a high-end 160cm bed, shower, Wi-Fi, and Netflix. A market is 500m away on Saturdays, the beach is 2.5km away, and the motorway/McDonald's is a 2-minute walk. Two studios can be rented in the same building.

The perfect spot in Calais. The free bus stops near the apartment, all shopping, laundry, etc. are in easy walking distance. The apartment itself is comfortable and stylish. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended!

Das Appartement ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet, mit einer kompletten Küchenausstattung. Komfortable Dusche, ein sehr bequemes Bett mit schönen Kissen und Bettwäsche. Internet, TV funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Appartement befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Keine störenden Geräusche im Haus. Hin und wieder hört man Autos. Perfekt für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt.
Geschäfte aller Art in direkter Nähe, ebenso Cafés und Restaurants sowie die Bushaltestelle. Sehr charmantes Viertel. Die Vermietern ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
