「Just stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and loved it. The property is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are a little on the small side so I suggest spending a little more for a bigger room. Pool area is clean and tidy with nice beds and a swim up bar. There are not many beds but we never had problems getting one every day. Lovely pizzas, good cocktails and fantastic happy hours. The standards set by the manager were clearly very high. He regularly took the time to greet us personally and check that everything was okay, and the team he led followed his example with warmth,...

「Very sad to say room service was very poor and not up to the mark. 」

「Truly exceptional… We love to travel and have done our fair share of mid to high-range hotels across Europe/USA/UAE and can safely say the service at this hotel has been the best we have ever experienced. The level of helpfulness, sincerity, professionalism and friendliness was genuinely outstanding. This was our first visit to India and we were looking for a traditional hotel with heritage and character; Casa Severina was perfect, such a wonderful place with amazing staff and an excellent...
