Appartement avec petit jardin bien situé

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons particulièrement apprécié la belle plage accessible à pieds, la proximité de magnifiques sites tant en bord de mer qu'en montagne à visiter.

Very nice location - interior pricewise okay

Very close to beach and small stream, with acces from small garden. Supermarkets few minutes drive away.Interior is a bit outdated, but pricewise okay. Nice property owners.

Résidence de la Liscia

Très bon séjour à la résidence de la Liscia. Très proche de la mer. Maison confortable. A 40 minutes d’Ajaccio. Nous avons vu des paysages magnifiques. C’était notre premier séjour en Corse, nous en repartons enchanté. Rendez-vous est pris pour l’année prochaine

Nice for families

Nice flat in a quiet residency with lots of green around. A grocery shop is close by in walking distance as well as the beautiful beach. The kitchen is well equipped and everybody is helpful. Unfortunately, there was no WIFI but we managed somehow.

Séjour de 12 jours en Corse

Location idéalement placée en bord de mer. Vaisselle en quantité suffisante. Electroménager complet.Cependant quelques aménagements seraient nécessaires. Manque de jeux de société ou autres. Rabotage des volets (très difficile à ouvrir et refermer). Trouver un système d'aération plus performant (location humide). Manque de clarté (utilisation quasiment permanente de la lumière). Nécessité d'un accès Internet. Entretien de la pelouse (herbe très haute).

Prima huisje!

Het huisje was prettig, met een fijne keuken, behoorlijk ruim. Het strand bij het huisje en de omgeving zijn prachtig! Al met al gewoon heel fijn. Een paar nadelen waren er wel. De stofzuiger was kapot, dat was vervelend bij het schoonmaken. Horren waren handig geweest. Bed was niet geweldig, we hadden graag een dekbed gehad. Er waren alleen dekens die niet heel fris roken. Voor de check-in en out werden we geholpen door een zeer aardige mevrouw.

Logement agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Très nombreux équipements et nécessaires mis à disposition, jardin et résidence très agréables et calmes, proximité d'une très belle plage, climatisation appréciable.... Juste un bémol sur le ménage mais qui incombe plus aux précédents locataires... Je recommande vivement. Logement conforme aux photos.

Bien mais.....

Petit lotissement sympathique avec un joli Sentier qui mène à la plage. La maison pourrait être très bien mais tout y est vieux : mobilier, déco, vaisselle, couvertures et linge. Tout est à refaire !!

Goed uitgerust appartement aan de baai van Luscia

Het appartement wordt weinig gebruikt, de muggen waren extra hongerig. Het meubilair is enigzins gedateerd maar alles is aanwezig en functioneert. Vanaf deze locatie is veel bereikbaar.

Très bonne location avec clim (indispensable vu les températures) très bien située

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette location. Les + : - facile d'accès depuis Ajaccio (30 minutes depuis le bateau), - proche de la plage, - la clim (vu les températures que nous avons eues, c'était indispensable) ! Location très bien équipée avec du mobilier qui fait un peu ancien mais qui est très fonctionnel. Nous reviendrons !

Loc. parfaite pour la plage, idéale avec enfants

Résidence très bien entretenue, beau et grand jardin commun idéal pour les enfants, appartement en rez-de-jardin agréable le soir pour le barbecue...Mais son principal atout est son accès direct à la grande et jolie plage de la Liscia, sans route à traverser. On y laisse même son parasol le midi pour aller déjeuner à l'appartement. Celui-ci est très bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, internet, etc...). Je recommande vivement cette location.
