“The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting.……

“Me and my girlfriend loved the feel of coziness and safeness of the place, yes given that it is small that doesn’t mean it is bad. It was perfect for our first ever stay at a location and it was close to home. We sincerely enjoyed the stay. ”

“Perfect sized house. Had everything we needed, even fuzzy throws in the living room for a chilly day. Sometimes the Wi-Fi went in and out. We appreciated the lotion and tissues in the bathroom. There were lots of booklets on things to see in the area. Although there were lamps on nightstands in the bedroom, they weren’t tall or bright enough for me to read in bed, but I made it work for me.”
