“Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient. “Location was beyond perfect!!! Very close to Subway, City Bike stations (highly recommend as a way to see all the sights) and restaurants. Only a few blocks from Penn Station. Couldnt say anything bad about the place itself-pictures are exact. Only small issues were a delay in cleaning upon arrival (contacted Claudia and cleaner came right away) and the lack of extra essentials for an extended stay (trash bags, towels, etc.). Street noise is extreme but I didn't expect anything else in the city.……

“This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and……

“The tent was lovely and as expected. The property was not well managed. Continental breakfast was a bagel in a box and the bar and restaurant were closed to guests due to outside events. This would be fine if you weren’t on an island with very little other option! It was strange that they couldn’t save atleast a little space for their paying guests for a drink, dinner or breakfast or atleast notify us in advance so we could have brought our own food.”
