「My only regret is not staying longer. Beautiful spot and super clean cottage with lots to do. The host is just a phone call away but I didn't need to call because Nicole answered any questions before I thought to ask. We all had a great time! I will book this place every summer, if possible. 」

「The property is netled in the trees by a beautiful lake. You can enjoy your morning coffee steps from the water and watch the deer graze on the lawn in the evening. Cathy is very easy to communicate with. The home is cozy and well equipped. A lovely place to relax. 」

「My husband and I stayed at this lakeside retreat in early May. Our son in law's family have a cottage down the road. While we spent most of our day in the other cottage, we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Lakeside retreat. It is very well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed working on a few puzzles and listening to music on the Google Home Sound system. We hope to come again one day with our granddaughters and swim in the Medway river and Ponhook lake.」

「Our family of 6 stayed here for a week. We used the house as both a place to relax and as a jumping off point to do other activities in Nova Scotia. We loved it here. We enjoyed numerous outings on Ponhook Lake in the canoes, kayaks and stand up paddleboard provided by the owner. The house is beautiful, clean and very well kept up. 「This is a hidden gem! The house was gorgeous and had the perfect cottage feel along with all the amenities. Located on a cute cove off the larger lake created a nice private feel and made the water warmer! Mike was great communicating with and answered all our questions! A great place to escape for the weekend. Would definitely recommend!!」
