「I stayed at this property (a ground floor room) for two nights in July 2026. The first night was fine. On the second night, the host returned back to the house at 2.30am and shortly afterwards the front doorbell rang and she let someone else in. From then until 5.30am, the talking and loud noises coming from directly above my room kept me awake for the rest of the night, despite at one stage asking the host politely to keep the noise down. This was very inconsiderate as she knew she had a paying...

「This was a great space for our family: clean, easy to access, simple checkout procedures. Happy to have laundry facilities on site. Our youngest LOVED the toddler bed. We enjoyed Hamilton waterfall hikes and a night in Toronto after our time in Niagara Falls.If we're in the area, we'd be happy to stay here again.」

「We were disappointed with the general upkeep of the place. Back porch with no light. The towels, kitchen linen were sparse and few. Utensils and diner wear was not too clean. Diner wear was an odd assortment of plastic plates and a glasses few china plates.Small carpets with no backing is a safety hazard. All the exterior cushions were wet as they were left outside. The back door was very difficult to open, close and lock.
The middle bedroom had a comfortable bed and the place warm.」

「The place lived up to it's claims.Both couples were pleased with the accommodation. Due to a delay on the road, we never arrived at our early check in time, which the host graciously provided. We spent the evening out, and left just before check out, so never had too much opportunity to enjoy all the features of the place.All in all , a great place to stay.」
