「I stay at extended stay places a lot and this was the best in a long time. I paid extra for the upgraded room and it was worth it. I had a few issues in the bathroom but they were taken care of immediately and expertly. The front desk was helpful and responsive and all the staff I met during the week I was there were very nice. 「The house was absolutely wonderful, the pictures do not do it justice. Stunning views and nestled in a lovely neighborhood, close to lots of very nice restaurants and shopping. Tons to do within 20 minutes. The check in process could be greatly improved. Having to call and get verbal instructions that could easily be emailed or texted to you for much more ease for all parties would be a much better process. But that aside, our stay was absolutely lovely. Perfect for families. 」

「Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. 「A little quirky when you walk in with two beds in the living area…but it worked out perfectly for us. Wonderful having two bathrooms, laundry, full kitchen, the wonderful outdoor deck, very clean, great linens & towels, plus little extras that they have there for you, like the coffee bar area. 「Its a great place for a relaxing vacation. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Weather was beautiful so we spent most days outside and evenings by the fire.
