「My only major issue was after specifying I had a dog, they didn't charge me the fee. Trying to be honest, I reached out. They then charged me the $150 pet fee (steep for what the room was) and added on an additional $90 in booking fees and taxes that I already paid at initial billing. They would not work with me. The only reason I didn't cancel was because I wouldn't have gotten my money back. The owner was great, it was the property management coach that was difficult. With all that, the total...

「Such a peaceful, quiet, relaxing space. The location was perfect. The place was clean and perfectly laid out. Definitely staying here again.」

「We weren't able to check in until 7 due to some housekeeping issues. When we finally did, the bathroom garbage's were still full, no kitchen garbage can or bags, someone else's towels still in the bathroom, and the dishwasher was filled with dirty water at the bottom. No parking passes either. All reported, but nobody ever came to fix any of those things during our stay. Overall, it's basically a college dorm apartment.」

「The house is a little older but it was very clean and comfortable. It was also very close to the University of South Carolina. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to stores and restaurants. Would recommend for a few days for sure.」
