Great for dog owners

Perfect place for dog owners who prefer to sleep up in the quiet hillside, far away from the busy beaches and towns. There is no air conditioner, so be prepared for warm nights in the hot months. The big garden is enclosed by a high fence and the pool is clean and well maintained.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie Ende August für 2 Wochen bei Marco und seiner Frau untergebracht. Unsere beiden Kinder (4 Jahre und 7 Jahre) haben die die große Anlage und vorallem den Pool sehr genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit Marco und seiner Frau waren vorab und während des Aufenhalts immer sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön ruhig gelegen. Bei Fragen wurde immer gleich geholfen. Das Objekt können wir nur bestens Empfehlen. Und Finale Ligure und seine Strände und die Umgebung sind Traumhaft schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus auf einem Mega Grundstück mit tollem Pool

Wir hatten eine Wohnung in diesem Haus für 5 Tage gebucht und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen (obwohl wir sehr spät angekommen sind). Die Anlage bzw. das Grundstück ist sehr schön und gepflegt - Italien pur. Der Pool ist modern und toll zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was wir benötigten. Obwohl das Haus etwas in den Bergen liegt ist es ein super Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflugsziele. Mit dem Auto waren wir in ca. 7 Minuten unten in Finale Ligure am Strand. In der Nähe gibt es schöne Höhlen zum Besichtigen, Wandermöglichkeiten und auch gute Biker Offroad Strecken. Wir buchen es auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir mal wieder in der Nähe sind. Vielen Dank an Marco.

Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità da parte dei proprietari. Appartamento bello e funzionale, posizione eccellente per gite al mare e visite nei borghi vicini. Per i bimbi la piscina è certamente l'attrazione in più che fa la differenza, sonno rimasti incantati. Arrivederci a presto!

Erholung und Ruhe pur

Zusammenfassung: Ruhe, Nähe zum Strand, super Pool (ca. 9m lang), großer Garten, sehr nette Vermieter und Nachbarn, genügend Geschirr und Besteck (nicht nur 3x), Küche mit allem ausgestattet (nur zur Info: kein Backofen); Was man vielleicht wissen sollte: Ende eines Mountainbiketrails (dadurch hört man manchmal fremde Stimmen ;) ); Zufahrt holprig (Vorsicht, dass man nicht aufsetzt); nicht wundern, Bilder in der Beschreibung teilweise aus App B; als Adresse San Pantaleo eingeben (so hat es unser Navi gefunden) Es war wunderwunderschön hier!!!!!! Wir haben uns bestens erholt. Marco, vielen Dank für dieses Paradies.

Il mare in collina

Incomincerò dalla posizione che è a dir poco strategica per l’arrivo in autostrada perché a soli 5 km dall’uscita di Finale Ligure senza dover passare per il centro e a soli 6 km dalle spiagge più vicine. L’alloggio immerso nel verde con un giardino curatissimo è come da descrizione sul sito un bilocale con una camera da letto, un soggiorno con cucina e divano letto e un bagno con doccia. All’esterno un ampio spazio di fronte all’ingresso con tanto di veranda coperta per eventualmente rilassarsi e mangiare fuori. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in quattro due adulti e due ragazzi e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Da non trascurare il valore aggiunto di poter usufruire di una piscina pulitissima e grande il giusto per passare delle ore in totale tranquillità e allegria. Chiudo con il sottolineare la gentilezza, la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari che non ci hanno mai fatto mancare la loro presenza e i loro consigli per muoversi meglio in un posto per noi nuovo. Grazie di cuore e speriamo di poterci rincontrare per passare qualche giorno di relax nella vostra splendida location. Miguel, Laura, Andrea e Alessandro 🤗

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig, hilfsbereite Vermieter, sehr sauber,

Wohnung sehr gepflegt, gutes Mobiliar. Mit Liebe eingerichtet. Im Garten fühlten wir uns wie in einer kleinen Oase. Jasminduft, blühender lavendel. Zitronenbäume.

quiete sunny nice place

We stayed with our dog for nearly two weeks at Marcos house. It is absolutely recommendable, very relaxed, very quiet. For dog owner: there are living cats in the garden. Nette en comfortabele accomodatie, waar het aan niets ontbrak..

Accomodatie ligt op een mooie plek in een prachtig gebied niet ver van zee en op korte afstand van bezoekwaardige karakteristieke dorpjes en levendige badplaatsen. Daarnaast op rij-afstand van grotere steden als Genua en Savona. Marco en zijn vrouw doen er alles aan, om het verblijft zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes, ländliches Feriendomizil mit großem Garten und Pool

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ein Highligt ist der schöne, in Terassen angelegte Garten. Auch der Swimmingpool mit seinem glasklaren Wasser, eingebettet in den grandiosen Garten, ist ein absoluter Hingucker. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und bot unseren Kindern jeden Tag viel Freude und Spaß. Zu den wenigen Kritikpunkten zählt eine recht große Anzahl an Ameisen in der unteren, kleineren Wohnung, der wir auch mit einer Ameisenfalle nicht Herr werden konnten. Zudem wäre eine Wasch-maschine eine lohnende Investition. Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Umgebung bietet viel Abwechslung. Hier sind vor allem kuturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten und schöne Wanderpfade im bergigen Hinterland zu nennen.

Tranquillo, carino, in mezzo al verde

Proprietari gentili, appartamento curato e pulito, marmellata omaggio della proprietaria assolutamente eccezionale, vicinissimo a Verezzi, un po’ meno a Finale e alle spiagge, ma nel complesso ottima soluzione. La piscina era ancora chiusa e quindi non abbiamo potuto apprezzare appieno il giardino che sembra comunque molto interessante per un soggiormo nei mesi estivi

Wonderful stay perfectly suited for mountain bikers!

We were a group of 6 people and we rented both apartments for a stay during Easter. It was wonderful! The owners, who also speak English, were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and in good shape. By the way, the apartment is directly located at the end of the famous "Rollercoaster" trail - perfectly suited for mountain bikers :) Thanks a lot for this wonderful stay!
