  • Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. The property is nestled close to the shores of the splendid Loch Lubnaig, with the picture post card village of Strathyre close at hand. The popular picturesque towns of Callander and Crieff are also within easy reach by car. Or travel further afield and visit the wonderful cities of Stirling, Perth or Edinburgh. Enjoy an array of scenic walks and cycle routes including Route Seven Sustrans Cycle route and The Rob Roy Long Distance Footpath. As well as a fantastic range of Munros to explore including the nearby Ben Vorlich. Watersports enthusiasts will also be delighting with the stunning Loch Lubnaig that is right on your doorstep.

    Stepping inside this stylish detached lodge from the enclosed garden into the hall you will find the perfect place to store your outdoor clothing. Then through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy the spectacular views over the beautiful Loch Lubnaig or enjoy a great movie together on the Smart TV. The comfortable dining area with French doors leading outside to the enclosed garden with seating areas, is the perfect spot to enjoy meals together. Next is the kitchen, perfect to cook up a storm with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Completing the ground floor is the stylish king-size bedroom with Smart TV and en-suite shower and WC. Heading up the stairs you are met with the light and bright king-size bedroom (which can be made into a twin) and a cosy twin also with magnificent views over Loch Lubnaig. Finally completing the accommodation is the stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

    Venturing outside to the fully enclosed garden with seating areas and charcoal BBQ. Perfect for al fresco dining and a lazy evening star gazing, perhaps with a wee dram, good local ale or a nice glass of wine, whilst admiring the fantastic loch and mountain views. There is a shed in the garden that can be padlocked and is perfect for storing bikes and outdoor equipment. There is ample private off-road parking available.
