With a very large induction stove for your own cooking creations, this leaves nothing to be desired and is generously equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a microwave, toaster and many other kitchen appliances. There are three ways of making coffee: brewed coffee machine, Senseo, French press.
Makkum tiles and the tiled floor with underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom create a comfortable living atmosphere.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with two beds. They can be darkened and are equipped with fly screens. The large daylight bathroom, with a bathtub and shower and a vanity with storage space and utensils, allows a wonderful view of the water and many a beautiful sunrise every day.
Overall, the interior design is characterized by attention to detail. As owners, we try to design the house so that we can feel comfortable when we visit and therefore have some extra equipment.
In the storage room there is a washing machine, a dryer, a clothes rack, ironing board and iron, enough garden chair cushions, various yoga and beach accessories and there are also bowls and blankets for the four-legged guests.
A small garden house offers three bicycles for shared use, parasols and sun loungers; In addition to the garden furniture, there is also a bistro table with two chairs for a glass of wine on the jetty in summer.
The 'House on the Lake' is 2 km away from 'Het Zwanenwater', a nature reserve that is home to a unique natural and bird world. It is ideal for many exploration tours by bike or for walking. A dream for nature lovers, orchid and bird watchers!
