「Es war wiedermal ein toller Aufenthalt im Las Terrazas. Die Wohnungen sind sehr groß und man hat viel Platz um sich auszubreiten. Der Zimmerservice wird täglich gemacht und man hat die Wahl, in einem der Restaurants zu Frühstücken oder Mittag- und Abendessen zu sich zu nehmen oder sich selbst in der (leider nicht ganz so gut ausgestatteten) Küche selbst zu bekochen. Leider gibt es auf den Terrassen nicht viel Möglichkeiten sich vor der Sonne zu schützen. Es sind keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden und...

「What a total find. Saw this Hotel mentioned as one of 10 best places to stay on Tenerife. Absolutely lived up to that. Would say best place to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to be so. The rooms are lovely. It's really quiet. Lots of places to sit outside, on the terrace, or around the inside courtyard. Breakfast was lovely, but dinner - wow. 」

「This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. Compliments to everybody who works at Hotel Jardines de Nivaria, and thank you so much for making us feel so very welcome last...

「Brilliant hotel for families in a great location. Staff were lovely and helpful. Only downside was that the baby slides are for babies and the bigger slides should be for 4years + not 120cm! We only had one lifeguard refuse my 5 year old on our last day, the others allowed all kids on the slides otherwise the holiday would have been spoiled. Siam park allows 110cm for slides 5 times the size! Apart from that, great resort!」

「Beautiful hotel with fantastic views, staff and pool areas. Made to feel special from the moment we checked in. Spacious rooms with an extremely comfortable bed. Great options for breakfast and waiter service at pool areas. No sunbed reservations which made finding a sunbed at any time of day easy. Fantastic views meant a bit of a hill to walk back up to hotel, but very cheap taxi fare if you chose not to walk it. 」

「It is a small boutique hotel where all employees going well above and beyond while taking care of the guests. From hotel reception (Victoria helped us a lot) to serving staff of the signature restaurant - everybody was about guests. 」

「Beautiful aparthotel. Very quiet, excellent service with Cathy. Room cleaned and fresh towels almost daily. Cathy was very helpful in advising us where to go, about the area etc. No pool at the property. But sea and natural pools on the doorstep 」
