Villa in Callian with Heated Pool and Terrace

Villa Isclawa, one of Tom’s Villas, offers breathtaking views over the charming village of Callian. Just a short walk away, you can buy fresh bread or enjoy a meal at local eateries. The villa boasts a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and a second shaded terrace beneath a lush tree. Located less than 8 km from a renowned golf course and 30 km from the white sandy beaches of Cannes, it’s perfectly placed for exploring the area. A large lake with beaches and pedalos is just a 10-minute drive away.

The property features secure private parking and an electric car charging station (depending on compatibility). The private swimming pool can be heated on request and is surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol. There’s also a petanque court beside the villa. Inside, the spacious living room has a luxurious sofa, air conditioning, Netflix, and fibre internet. The elegant kitchen offers stunning village views. Each bedroom has air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and comfortable beds.

For an extra fee, enjoy a day trip on a 9-meter QuickSilver 855 boat from Antibes harbor, weather permitting.
