Very nice villa with nice pool & perfect view

We have had wonderful vacations at this lovely place. The villa is located in a nice and quiet residential area in the hills of Calonge with a perfect view onto the mediteranean sea. The pool is placed perfectly in the centre of a well maintained garden. You can relax on 4 teak sunloungers which you can move into the shades of some palms or on a chilling lounge beside the pool. There is a nice outside barbecue place with a large teak table for 8 persons. The kitchen and the living room is equipped with tasteful furniture for up to 8 people. In the kitchen you can find all kinds of equipment for excessive cooking sessions. The bedrooms are equipped functionally, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The large master bedroom on the top floor was equipped with air condition, with access to 2 roof terraces, with large bath tub and shower and large closet. Only the 4th bedroom which could only be accessed from outside of the house and which did not have air condition and its own bathroom was a bit disappointing. Although the villa had a separate guest toilet inside the main building, the occupants of the 4th bedroom always need to use the bathroom of one of the other bedrooms. The service of the renting agent "Quality Renting" who took care for the whole organisation, for the cleaning, for the pool service as well as for the janitor and maintenance service was excellent. They always responded extremely fast and took care for all our needs. We can recommend this nice place and would definitively love to return in the future.

Super schönes Haus - Très belle maison

Eigentlich sollte man solche gute Adressen lieber geheimhalten... Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, sauber, geschmackvoll und gut vorbereitet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Schönes Pool und Terrasse. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage auf dem Hügel zwischen Calonge und Platja D'Aro ist ideal da sehr ruhig und sehr nah an sehr schönen Buchten - allerdings muss man ein Auto zur Verfügung haben. Die Agentur hat sich prima um alles gekümmert und alle Problemchen sofort behoben.(es fehlten der Wasserkocher und der Toaster und am ersten Tag das Warmwasser funktionnierte erst nicht). Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Einzige Anmerkungen: das 4. Schlafzimmer ist am Haus angebaut und ist nur von aussen zu betreten (kein Zugang direkt zum haus und kein eigenes Bad). Eine Belegung zu 6. ist also besser. Und die Auflagen der Liegen könnten mal wieder erneuert werden. Sonst alles top!!! En fait, il faudrait garder secrète ce type d'adresse! La maison est vraiment très belle, propre, décorée avec goût et bien préparée pour notre arrivée. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Belles piscine et terrasse. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. La situation sur la colline entre calonge et Platja d'Aro est idéale, au calme et proche de charmantes petites criques - à condition d'avoir une voiture. L'agence s'est occupée de tout et a réglé tous les petits problèmes rencontrés (il manquait le grille-pain et la bouilloire, de même le 1er jour l'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas). La remise des clés s'est super bien passée. Seules remarques: la 4ème chambre n'est accessible que depuis l'extérieur de la maison et ne dispose pas de salle de bains. Aussi une occupation à 6 personnes maxi est préférable. Egalement les coussins pour les transats pourraient être échangés. Sinon tout était super.
