“The facility is very clean and the staff were quite nice and helpful. The beach access is good at this spot and they have outdoor dining against the beach. Overall we liked it enough the first time we stayed to go back again on another trip. ”

“My experience started on the wrong foot , I was charged for two nights instead of my stay for night.
At reception I wasn't allowed to cancel one night from my reservation even though the rules or terms on the Expedia reservation policy allowed to , I contacted Expedia twice with to different operators and they where very ambiguous and of zero help . I am a Platinum member and it is probably the first time I write . I was treated very unfairly.
Definitely I do not recommend this Hotel , when you……

“Breakfast was beautiful with so much choice. We used the spa circuit which was great. Pool area fabulous. We had a wonderful dinner in the Asian fusion restaurant and the staff were wonderful”

“This was a great stay, unfortunately it was only for 1 night and we did not spend to much time on the hotel, but it was really friendly check in they even followed and made sure your where happy with the room. Outside is a nice pool area to enjoy. I think you will be very pleased with your stay here. ”

“Wonderful hosts. Very accomodeting. Great suggestions for trips in the province. Obviously a great connection to the quiet village of Orba, beautiful surroundings. Lovely little bakery and coffee/ tapas place around the corner of the hotel. Thank you Ruben, for making our stay a great care-free experience.”
