Tout simplement magnifique

Superbe bâtisse avec vue privilégiée. Nous avons énormément apprécié le cadre, la vue imprenable et le charme de cette demeure. Qui plus est à 12 min à vélo de Calvi.

Vacances paisibles entre mer et montagnes

Nous avons été enchanté par la location. Vue magnifique, calme malgré l'aéroport à proximité qui n'est pas du tout un problème. Idéal pour se ressourcer. Tous commerces à moins de 10mn.

1) accès compliqué manque de precision et d'assistance 2) maison 3 chambres très bien salle de bains idem sauf celle ch pple dont la vasque est inutilisable ;pas d'écoulement de fabrication artsanale inutilisable le fond noir garanti la présence de bactéries ont se lave les dents à l'étage ou dans l'evier l'eau chaude ne fonctionnait pas sinon la literie très bien ") coté cuisine c'est pas le luxe !! un réfrigérateur trop petit et poussif impossible conserver de la viande +1j mobilier archaique et vetuste une plaque électrique à nettoyer en arrivant pas de micro ondes 4) extérieurs : horrible les photos sont fausses ou date terrasse enbois salle à manger inutisable pas de possibilité d'ombre un parasol qui vous tombe dessus à la moindre brise; grande table en bois vetuste grand bancs en bois inconfortable sans coussinle tout sans protection et ayant été incendié bonjour les mains! pas d'endroit prévu pour plancha inexistante Pour la vue c'est exacte sauf un pylone en béton en plein milieu il y a logtemp que les vignes ont disparues et qu'une végétation sauvage a remplacée meme pas du maquis 5) la piscine bien à une centaine de m est un supebe endroit bassin et environnement bémol le mobilier salon de jardin et coin repas sous une tonnelle est inutilisable l'ensemble mobilier en fer est complètement rouillé Dans la location il n'éxiste aucune nappe aucune protection aucun coussin aucun matelas de transat conclusions + de 2000 euros la semaine = arnaque

Maison typique corse très agréable, avec plusieurs terrasses avec une vue sur la montagne, superbe. La piscine est un peu plus loin mais cela ne dérange en rien. Magnifique piscine et jardin ! Merci, nous avons passé un super séjour.

Belle demeure

Tres belle demeure avec beaucoup de cachet. L endroit est très calme, la vue est magnifique, l espace piscine est un vrai havre de paix. La literie est excellente.

Maison de charme avec quelques mauvaises surprises

Dans un premier temps, la maison est assez difficile d’accès sans 4x4 (et sans google maps), chemin de terre très sinueux. Très jolie maison, toute équipée avec la piscine à 50m, très grande et belle terrasse. Malheureusement, pas pratique lorsqu’il pleut, puisque la maison prend l’eau d’un peu partout (dont une chambre avec sa salle de bain inondée de 2cm d’eau sur tout les sols). Nous avons dû dormir dans le salon pendant 2 nuits. Nous n’avons pas eu de draps de rechange malgré la demande, (heureusement que nous avions emmener des plaid) nos amis ont dormi dans leur sacs de couchage tout le séjour. Nous avons eu du mal à nous faire rembourser la première nuit après beaucoup de relances auprès de la propriétaire. Nous avons cependant passer un bon séjour dans cette maison grâce au beau temps. Philippa la concierge est très accueillante, à l’écoute et réactive. Nous recommandons cette location, lorsque le climat reste chaud et sec.

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Ideal für Hundebesitzer. Der Flughafen in der der Nähe stört überhaupt nicht. Filippa die Hausbetreuerin war bei Fragen immer für uns da.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im liebevoll eingerichteten Haus und sehr schönem Garten mit sehr großen Salzwasserpool. Blick über den nahen Flughafen, der aufgrund der Frequentierung aber kaum störend ist. Einkäufe in Fahrradentfernung erreichbar.

Corsica / Calvi

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens ist nicht störend, auch durchaus interessant. Keine nennenswerte Lärmbelästigung - daher alles bestens. Das Objekt selbst ist zwischen Haus und Pool/Garten getrennt - ca. 200 Meter. Pool/Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt und total privat. Toller Pool, schönes und klares Wasser, alles gepflegt. Das Haus ist rustikal und mit Liebe zu Detail eingerichtet worden. Highlight ist sicher das Wohnzimmer mit tollem Blick. Leider ist der "Lack" bei vielen dingen im Haus bereits ab. Viele Schalter ohne Funktion, die Küche funktioniert, hat aber schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Das Schlafzimmer und Bad im ersten Stock ist durch eine enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen - durchaus sportlich und für kleinere Kinder eher ungeeignet. Unsere Woche in Calvi haben sehr genossen, das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in der Vor- oder Nachsaison ist noch in Ordnung.

Cadre idyllique

L'emplacement à 5 min de Calvi est parfait, au calme, malgré l'aéroport de Calvi non loin. Le chemin d'accès en terre est sinueux mais largement praticable! La piscine n'est pas aussi éloignée que je pensais d'après les autres commentaires, peut-être 150m. D'ailleurs l'aménagement extérieur de la piscine est idyllique, les plantes et arbustes très bien entretenus et la décoration est faite avec goût! Les extérieurs de la maison sont magnifiques, différentes petites terrasses, avec de belles fleurs, une belle vue sur les vignes et champs, aucun vis-à-vis. L'intérieur est agréable et suffisamment spacieux, toujours une belle décoration. Clim dans toutes les pièces, c'est agréable. Seuls petits bémols concernant l'entretien général, il y avait plusieurs mobiliers d'extérieur cassés comme un salon de jardin et un grand parasol de piscine (à priori à cause de la tempête d'il y a un mois) et non remplacés ou au minimum enlevés pour ne pas gâcher la beauté du lieu. De plus, quelques finitions sont manquantes comme des interrupteurs détachés, une poignée de porte mal vissée... c'est dommage pour un tel endroit et ça ne prend pas beaucoup de temps à réparer. Nous recommandons cet endroit !

Je veux déjà remercier Filipa et sa famille, car ils ont vraiment été top et fort sympathique durant notre séjour. Suite à notre arrivée pas simple après la tempête, pas d'électricité etc....bref ils ont été là. Merci encore à eux. Suite à ces problèmes, merci à Veronica qui à tout m'y en œuvre pour nous trouver un point de chute en attendant le retour de l'electricité.Super point de chute en plus , merci encore, ça c'est très très pro, bravo. Et aussi Katia pour la piscine et pourtant elle avait bcp de travail à cause de la tempête, bref merci à toutes et tous pour çà, ça montre déjà que vous êtes avec des gens de confiance, c'est rassurant Pour la villa , vue sur les montagnes, manques un peu d'éclairage le soir. Aéroport de Calvi en ligne de mire, un peu de bruit d'avion mais c'est pas la fin du monde , c'est un petit aéroport donc ça tourne le Week end et la semaine c'est beaucoup plus calme. La troisième chambres n'a pas d'accès avec le bâtiment principal, il faut sortir de la chambre pour aller à la cuisine, salon, par exemple. Ce n'est pas grave en sois, nous sommes des adultes mais il est bien de le savoir. La maison, les équipements etc... tout est bien, il manque rien, c'est top. Super terrasse , la vue est jolie , c'est calme et cette petite bergerie est vraiment top, c'est reposant , ça déconnecte. La piscine ne me semble pas loin, il y a 30metres mais ça donne un charme, cette espace cosy dans ce cadre de verdure , on a plutôt apprécié. Oui si vous avez des enfants en bas âges , il faut être avec eux bien évidemment, vous ne pouvez pas les laisser seuls sans surveillance, mais aller prendre son café la bas et lire un bouquin , ça à son charme aussi. Séjour super agréable, j'ai trop envi d'y retourner :) Et encore un grand merci à toutes et tous.

Korsika live

Wir waren mit allem was die Buchung angeht top zufrieden. Das Haus liegt abgelegen mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge. Eine Oase der Ruhe, trotzt des Flughafens in der Nähe. Die startenden und landenden Flugzeuge waren kaum zu hören und es war eher interessant ihnen zu zu sehen. Tolles Haus super Atmosphäre . Können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub

Superschönes Objekt in toller Lage, jederzeit sehr weiterzuempfehlen - mit lediglich kleineren Mängeln, die den Urlaub für uns aber nicht entscheidend beeinträchtigten. Zu bedenken sind aus meiner Sicht nur folgende Punkte: - Zufahrt mit großem Auto (Van) problematisch (enge, nicht asphaltierte Zufahrtsstraße) - viele Ameisen (in dieser Lage in der freien Natur unvermeidlich und für uns völlig in Ordnung, sollte man aber wissen - Ameisenköder standen zur Verfügung) - Lage in Flughafennähe bedeutet gelegentlichen Fluglärm (ist allerdings nicht allzu stark frequentiert, daher für uns auch kein Problem) Danke für das tolle Urlaubserlebnis!

traumhafte Villa mit großem Pool mitten in der Natur

Wir waren 2 Familien und ein Teenager für 2 Wochen in der schönen Villa in Calvi. Das Feriendomizil ist sehr schön gelegen. Es lädt ein, die Natur zu genießen, auf der Terrasse direkt am Haus oder zu relaxen im nahegelegenen abgegrenzten romantischen Garten mit großem Pool. Wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen genannt, ist alles vorhanden und auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es entspricht der Beschreibung und der Bilder. Das 3.Zimmer hat einen separaten Außeneingang und ist sehr schön und schlicht ausgestattet. Es gibt leider kein Fenster in diesem Zimmer Hier wäre es schön, wenn das Oberlicht in der Tür mit einem Fenster ausgestattet werden würde. Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen und können das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Vacances au top !

1 semaine de dépaysement total à quelques minutes de Calvi, à quelques minutes des plages magnifiques comme Larinela ou San Ambrogio (dsl pour l'orthographe) La villa est digne de ce nom, piscine et coin abritée, hamac, terrasse, BBQ,.. L'essentiel est dit !

Super schönes Haus in herrlicher Lage

Wir haben die zwei Wochen zu sechst sehr genossen. Ferienkatze inklusive. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr großzügig mit einem fantastischen Blick in die Berge. Die Terrassen sind sowohl gemütlich als auch groß genug für viele Nutzer. Der Pool ist ein Paradies, zwar ca. 75 m vom Haus entfernt, aber dafür sehr naturnah, abgeschieden und privat. Seine Umgebung ist sehr schön gestaltet. Von Haus und Terrasse aus hat man zwar einen Blick von oben auf den Flughafen Calvi, aber das ist eher spannend als laut zumal nur wenige Flüge starten und landen. Er ist weit genug weg. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, auch mit Sportgeräten, Büchern und Zeitschriften sowie DVDs. Bei zwei Bädern wären Türen zum Schlafzimmer besser aber es ging auch so. Die Küche ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Schön wäre es noch gewesen, wenn die Terrasse hinter dem Haus, die tagsüber im Schatten liegt, auch möbliert wäre. Wir waren mit vier Kindern zwischen 12 und 15 Jahren hier und haben eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Danke an Monika!

Unsere Woche in Calvi

Wir waren eine Woche in Calvi. Wir lieben Calvi und waren schon sehr oft dort. Aber zum ersten Mal in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist wirklich schön gelegen im Hinterland von Calvi, mit einem tollen Blick auf die Berge und den Flughafen (das fanden unsere Kinder total klasse). Zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren es circa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, also wirklich kein Problem. Das Haus ist beim ersten Mal schwierig zu finden, aber dafür hat Filipa uns extra eine Karte geschickt und an der Straße gewartet um uns den Weg zu zeigen. Filipa hat uns auch direkt das Haus und den Pool gezeigt. Das Haus war schön , aber wie sich heraus stellte wimmelte es nur so vor Ameisen. Sie waren überall draußen und kamen durch die Türrahmen ins Haus, also war Ständiges kehren angesagt. Der Pool war auch sehr schön, aber eben nicht direkt beim Haus, das war sehr schade und auf den Bildern leider nicht ersichtlich. Dadurch haben wir den Pool leider gar nicht so oft genutzt.
