"We were traveling with our six year old on her birthday and came across this property. We were looking in downtown Calvi but were attracted to this property given the proximity to the beach, the pool and water slide and the 2bd/ 2ba accommodations.
Overall we had an amazing stay! The beach is incredible. It was also cool to be the only Americans on the property. This was a little hard on our daughter as she couldn’t really make friends but overall she didn’t mind when she went on the water...

"Fabulous apartment! Even nicer than in the photos. Well equipped for us to stay for an entire month with our four children. The pool is refreshing and the pool house has been recently renovated to include a full kitchen and bathroom. No need for a car at this location - Super U, train station, the lovely town and beach are all reachable on foot. To top it off, the apartment is in a compound with a lovely local extended family living in the other units. Don’t hesitate- book it! "

"We visited Francis Appartment in July 2023 and it was a really pleasant stay.
The interior of the appartment is some years old, but cleverly designed, nice and clean.
And most important is the stunningly beautiful view of the citadel and the surroundings of Calvi. I will miss viewing the sun rising in the morning and watching the beautiful landscape during breakfast or dinner.
A walk to the city or back takes about 30Min; its a bit exhausting but possible. By car its only a few minutes drive to...

Attention la propriétaire est très spéciale. Elle vous demandera de lui payer l’eau et l’électricité. Chose que nous n’avons pas faite car location réglée en totalité à Abritel. Elle vous fera du chantage sur la connexion wifi qu’il n’y a en fait pas du tout. Il serait bien de modifier l’annonce à ce sujet. Pas de connexion 4G et 5G non plus à l’intérieur du logement. "Overall a lovely stay with a agreeable and helpful host. As an example, one pillow was not comfortable and Antoine changed it toute suite. The nearest beach is within walking distance, perhaps 10 minutes, and the marina where the lovely restaurants are situated is about 20 mins away.. Merci beaucoup Antoine."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms as seen in photos no surprises, did not take breakfast so no idea on that. Beach is 100m away and city center is 10-15 min by walk. I highly recommend. "

"Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, die Innenstadt ist aber in unter 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Empfang war super freundlich und die Zimmer mit Balkon zum Meer super entspannt zum Abends draußen sitzen. Die Rezensionen mit der stark befahrenen Straße sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, da die Straße nur mässig befahren ist und man im Zimmer nichts davon hören kann. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und wirklich schön geworden. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung - ist halt ein Hotel Frühstück und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zurück kommen!"

"A very welcoming place with friendly people and a relaxed atmosphere, the apartment was very well equipped, a small kitchen but perfectly adequate to make simple meals
The swimming pool is gorgeous and the sea is only a few minutes walk away! We did not have a car but I noted there was ample shady parking, nearest station for the train is Pinutu which is by the beach

"A very nice hotel in Calvi. We stayed 2 nights there in order to discover Calvi and make a little side trip with the Corsican Railways (Caminu di Feru a di Corscia) – very recommended! Very nice room, spacious and very clean. The brerakfast was very nice. The hotel has a wonderful small pool."
