“Firstly Anni is an excellent host. Great communications throughout with plenty of ideas and local information.... and more when you meet her! We had a couple of minor issues whilst staying there, but once again she was fantastic and sorted them out quickly! The Gite is what I would describe as typical for the area. Quite dark inside, but lots of character. Clean on arrival and had all we needed. Pool was well used by us, better on hot days.... bit nippy on moderate days! All in all a good……

“El lugar es precioso, todo muy limpio y las camas bastante cómodas. El personal muy atentos y amables. Por otro lado, me hubiera gustado saber qué eran tres plantas, no recuerdo haberlo leído, y el camino con las maletas era complicado para un viaje con siete niños. Pero, despertar con el sonido del río y ver la lluvia caer por la ventana desde mi cama no tiene precio. Creo que deberían añadir fotos, las de la página web no le hace justicia a la casita de ensueño!”

“Property is perfect for a family stay, roomy, clean, and everything you need inc English TV for the kids and a few games. Swimming pool was lovely, clean, and gated for safety. Hosts were both welcoming and very helpful with bits of advice or loaning of an umbrella when occasion arose. The area is tranquil and beautiful, nearby towns, villages and lakes have everything you might need and make for lovely outings. Lots of good visits further afield too but we didn't bother. Recommended, and we……

“L emplacement du gite est idéal pour visiter le secteur , Mirepoix ,Foix ,Carcassonne. L environnement est très agréable. Le gite est ideal pour un petit chien comme le notre car nous avons disposé d un jardin clôturé. Le gite est très mignon mais un bémol, l absence de volets .La piscine est un véritable plus, elle est très belle et très appréciée avec les fortes chaleurs . A recommander.”

“17 of us just spent a wonderful week at Christian’s place. It’s in a spectacular setting with loads of space, comfortable beds and great facilities. Highly recommended.”

“Authentiek vakantiehuis met groot terras en meer dan voldoende terrasmeubilair. Het zwembad was voldoende groot en goed onderhouden. Toegang via onverharde weg, ideale locatie voor wie op zoek is naar rust en kalmte, gelegen tussen de zonnebloemvelden. Goede verbinding naar bakker (Fendeille) en supermarkten (Castelnaudary).”

“Breakfast room is the only food offered. Need car to go and get food. Breakfast did have lots of options. Front desk is not 24hrs. Make sure you know how to get back in to the hotel if you have a late dinner ”
