「Check in was simple at the front desk. But after, that the desk was not manned. Come to find out Lacasa Villas is obviously owned by the same folks that own the resort next door. Breakfast was resort quality across the street. That front desk was manned, so I went over there when I needed anything. And they took great care of me. The location was quiet, but a busy area was just a block away. The river with the lanterns was about 8 minutes away. Ancient City shopping started about 10...

「This location is very far away from the Hoi An city centre...need to ride bicycle for around 10minutes, walk 20minutes above. If u have a short journey in Hoi An, I’ll not suggest to stay here as some of the tour even can’t pick u up here. I’m not lucky to meet a staff who English is really poor and can’t communicate or help us to book travel tour, even though the family here is very nice and kind. We are quite helpless to stay here. 「My wife and I stayed here two nights and we had a great time. Phuong and her family so welcoming and kind to us. We immediately felt like we were visiting family when we arrived. The property is well-situated and central to everything. A short 5 min taxi ride to old town or 10 min drive to the beaches. Walking to old town is an easy 15-20 minutes. There are many restaurant and other shops within walking distance. A Winmart is just around the corner (100 meters). The room and bed was very...
