"The property is clean and well maintained, but get ready for tourist group central! The staff are friendly enough, but they always seemed overwhelmed with huge tourist groups. I generally felt bad for them! The location is great however and the pool is quite nice. The amenities are standard and suitable. I booked a one bedroom suite and it was fine. A bit of an apartment feel. For the money I think it was ok. I would skip the breakfast and forget a spa day…. Always booked full! There are great restaurants all around so go out and support the locals! I’ve stayed in over 100 5 star hotels around the world and while I’m not necessarily saying a bad hotel. The wait times for the lift, the lack of attention.. no one offered to carry my bags…. And I never felt anyone really went out of their way to make you feel special or truly grateful for choosing their hotel! The product is average at best and there are better options within a 1km area of the hotel. Would I stay here again? I don’t think so. For a few more dollars the Hyatt around the corner is a much better experience. I feel the hotel could seriously do with additional staff and a little more training in hospitality. "
"Great customer service! Amazing breakfast main focus on Asian cuisine. The beach is right across the street! Must try the pizza place downstairs (make reservations). Very Bea hotel. Super friendly staff and housekeeping staff did an excellent job on cleaning our room every day! Big shoutout to the customer relations team made my mom birthday unforgettable! Highly recommend this hotel!"
"We stayed here for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was large, well-appointed, very comfortable, and exceptionally quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything nearby.
What truly stood out, however, was the service and the management team. I had a minor issue during our stay—something I honestly didn’t expect to be addressed. I simply sent a quick email so they would be aware of it for future guests.
To my surprise, the management team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was spectacular. It’s very rare for a larger company to have management that is this proactive and genuinely committed to making sure their guests have a great experience.
The way they handled the situation more than made up for the small issue. Kudos to both the staff and the management team for being absolutely amazing."
"Great view from ocean king room
Nice room. But overall its kinda nickle and diming. Very thrifty with towels..have to pay 100000vnd for floating tube to use lazy river. Drinks and food is pricey. Service to get poolside drinks not very good. Not within walking distance to anything. But resort is clean. "
"Great place, great staff at the beach. The concierge and reception doesn't have a lot of experiences. They are maybe to young. we had my wife and I a toxic poisoning from what we ate at the pool. We were expecting more attention from the staff at the reception. The concierge is missing experience as well. Over all we still recommend the hôtel."
