“We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with……

“It’s actually a mixed feeling, the hotel facilities are nice, both the swimming pool and room are clean and comfortable, but unfortunately this hotel is PACKED with mainland China tourist groups, no kidding that the hotel is basically occupied by RUDE Chinese tourists who has no manner and common sense, they yell loudly at 4am in the hotel hallway , sit down on my table without asking one word during breakfast hour, shouting to each other like it’s their backyard, I feel sorry for the staffs cos……
