Private: property 2'000 m2, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) (10 x 5 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 30.Sep.). Table tennis, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 27.Mar.. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Viareggio" 14 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 12 km. Nearby attractions: Forte dei Marmi 20 km, Lucca 38 km, Carrara (cave marmo Fantiscritti) 49 km, Collodi (Pinocchio Park) 56 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 81 km, Firenze 124 km.
