"Excelente service, only stay one night but we were so happy with the hotel. The only criticism is that the shower door did not close properly so some water came out when taking a shower. The floor around the shower cubicle was damage, so I’m guessing it’s being like that for a while. But we really recommend the hotel and we hope to stay again next time we are in the city. "

"Other than the smell of stagnating water in the bathroom and a slow-to-drain sink, the room and bathroom were very nice. Good shower with excellent water pressure. "Overall this is a nice hotel. The thermal pool is excellent! The 40 euro spa is nice, but not worth 40 euros. Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. Fun fact: the hotel turns off the air conditioning from 0200 to 0600 ish, so if you wake up warm, that’s why. "

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...
