The hotel itself is a pretty cool old manor style hotel. The staff are very nice and friendly. The food is very expensive for what it is though, (we ate there a few times) so for example..... you pay £6 for about 5 very bland tasting chips! The spa next door is nice, but is not your typical spa per-say, as the pool is full of young kids and relaxing in the pool after a treatment is not an option you’ll have.

Not my first stay, and as always very happy. Excellent breakfast - and although the bacon and eggs are already gluten free, they offered to cook some separately for me to ensure no cross contamination

Very Disappointing

This is not a 4* hotel on any level. Staff incompetence and slow to non-existent service made the stay very frustrating. Parking was difficult as spaces are far too narrow for modern cars. The only good thing about this hotel is their efficient air conditioning!

Unfortunatly the poor quality beds and the relentless heating of the rooms and corridors made getting a good nights sleep impossible.

I have stayed here a few times but it now looks very tired and in need of a refurbishment. The beds need updating as was not as comfy as when I stayed last year. The hotel was clean but the Spa was not, also in need of an update. It seemed less value for money as food and drinks have increased quite a lot but I would condufer staying again as the Receptionist told me they were about to update rooms and amenities. The breakfast was nice and had the usual choice of continental and full English.

Customer service was first class spa facilities were clean lovely and relaxing, lemon and cucumber water was a bonus! I had an online meeting which was pushed back and they allowed me to check out at 12 which was a great bonus.

We had a great stay at Frimley Hall. I found the service of all hotel staff very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was relaxing, our room was very comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay.

Stayed one night for business - didn’t use the pool or gym so room-only review. It was fine, pretty tired inside but fine, bed was comfy & good to have a desk. Not sure about the open internet connection. Would stay again if using the facilities, which would make it excellent value.

Not excellent, but a lot to like!

Very comfortable bed, but the room was quite small, and the air con doesn't work!! Breakfast room very tired, badly needs a decorating upgrade!! Breakfast hot selection good, but the continental selection wasn't good .... very poor bread selection, hardly any fresh fruit salad, so non hot food guests, would struggle for a good breakfast!! And no-one clears tables, to get rid of dirty plates!! No lift, so it's stairs only, and the fire escapes were left open, to allow guests in and out to the car park, but I'm sure that's not allowed!!!
