Charming 4 Bedroom Walnut Tree Cottage in Knapwell

Summary:
Walnut Tree Cottage is a 300 year Grade 2 listed cottage completely renovated, situated in the pretty village of Knapwell 15 mins drive from Cambridge. This gorgeous thatched cottage has four lovely double bedrooms, three stunning, modern bathrooms, a cozy sitting room and a spacious, fully equipped, high spec kitchen and dining area. The house has recently been lovingly refurbished to an extremely high standard.

The Space:
Four lovely double bedrooms, three of which are in the main house, with one master en-suite bedroom on the first floor and two downstairs. The fourth bedroom is in the garden annex room and is a sofa bed so the room can equally be used as a living space. The annex also has a high spec kitchen and bathroom. Back in the main house, there is also a comfortable, sitting room, office workspace and spacious, extremely high spec kitchen and dining area.

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive access to the whole cottage and will not be disturbed during their stay.

Other Things to Note:
No parties or events of any kind please.
