"Front desk female upon arrival was not too friendly. Pillows were very old. Parking was terrible. Ticket didn't work and we needed to call the parking attendant to let us out. Super inconvenient We were also given a room on the third floor which didn't feel good since it was near the conf rooms"

"The room was beautiful and refreshingly not cookie‑cutter, and the lobby had a similar character—very pleasant to sit and relax in. Breakfast was truly excellent. The location couldn’t be closer to MIT, which was crucial for me. The only downside is that the building is older, so you can hear footsteps from the room above and people talking in the hallway. Not ideal if you’re a light sleeper."
