"The indoor pool and jacuzzi were not monitored. The jacuzzi water was milky looking and disgusting. The indoor pool was dirty and full of sand. The cleaning staff left a dirty Mr Clean Eraser in our room one day and I told the supervisor. The next day the dirty Mr Clean Eraser was still there along ..."

"The rental had many stains on the carpet and what looked like burns as well. The master bedroom had water stains in the ceiling near the sliding door.
