「Easy access, clean, comfortable.」

「We were pleasantly surprised to find small fridge , microwave and coffee maker. These were not noted in amenities. Hot water supply is ample for a nice soak after hitting the trails. DirectTV gave plenty of viewing options.」

「As this hotel is up north, they need to make the parking lot bigger for ATV’s. This is a great place to stay. 」

「We liked the location in Birchwood and the service. Very basic motel but close to main street and gas station. We went to Birchwood for ATV/UTV trails so did not spend much time in the rooms.」

「Little rascals was very clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed for a very nice holiday stay. The home was tastefully decorated for the holidays and the layout was perfect for a family get together around the fireplace with a nice lake view. The location is quiet and scenic. All appliances and amenities in the house are very nice and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.」
