"I stayed for week and half and not once did they come clean my room even after I asked them to! Of course after I check out they tell me the room was trashed and charging me $150! Don’t give them your card because they use it like it’s theirs! I’m currently disputing 3 charges they fraudulently charged on it! Plus I pay for a king bed and I look day before I leave and they got 2 double Mattress pushed together! Waste of money! "

"Everything was fine until 11:45 pm when the smoke alarm started to chirp very loudly. I called the front desk and the lady on duty said she would take care of it. After 10 minutes of listening to the very loud noise my husband headed to the front desk. He said the lady was trying to reach the head manager. After another 10 minutes the manager called back and asked if we could move to a different room. We packed up and moved down the hallway to a new very cold room. When we checked out the next morning my husband talked to the male manager and asked if he was aware of what happened with the rooms and he said yes, he was who the night person called. My husband asked if anything could be done for the inconvenience and he offered a very small amount off. "

"What a great place! Cozy, comfortable, relaxing. We were here in the middle of ultra-cold temps (-31 degrees without wind!) and had no issues. The host was very responsive and helpful. The beds were firm (most of us loved it, some wished for softer). We were quite pleased with our stay and look forward to coming again in warmer temps, for sure!"
