This is an excellent hotel- incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, clean modern room with all amenities needed, a beautiful rooftop terrace and a delicious breakfast with more food than we could possibly eat. It felt very luxurious and was very conveniently located to access hiking trails and the waterfront. I also appreciated the underground parking. Highly recommend this hotel.

Die Lage von dem Hotel ist super und die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön, die Liegen sind extrem bequem. Wir fanden die Kosten sehr intransparent. U.a., dass man für eine Stunde Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs pro Person eine hohe Gebühr zahlen muss, fanden wir inakzeptabel für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Vor allem weil es nicht ersichtlich ist, dass man hierfür extra zahlen muss. Achtung bei den Parkgebühren, die sind sehr teuer. Beim Frühstück muss man z.B. für Pancakes extra zahlen. Diese Extrakosten (vor allem in der Höhe) kennen wir so aus anderen Hotels nicht und hat uns unseren Urlaub vermiest. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

The Carrick Hotel is well-located at the southern tip of Camogli. It's a short walk to the train station and the beach but it is on a quiet edge of the road. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The breakfast each morning is delicious and the rooftop is beautiful! We had a wonderful stay.
