"Overall good. Did not have hot water either in the shower or sink. Just tepid. Also no elevators and several stairs to condo type villas. Parking is difficult at best, as is all of Sedona. But there is a back lot with a driver of a golf cart shuttle. Very well located for old town shopping. Make sure you make restaurant reservations in Sedona well in advance (days in advance). Also, don’t fall for the “Welcome Gift”. It’s a ploy to get you to sign up to view their timeshare type program."

"We stayed 5 nights and everything was good except absolutely no housekeeping. We had to track down clean towels and our room was never cleaned. Both the washing machine and dryer don’t work. Had to go to a laundromat."
