「We make a reservation that said 24 hrs service and nobody attend us we had to leave and find another place」

「Tutto perfetto」

「The owner and the people there are super helpful and welcoming. Every hotel should have this kind of staff. We would be higher on condition rating but the configuration of the room is off-putting-the shower has a glass wall looking right into the bedroom. I don't know if all the rooms have that design. Also there are some tripping hazards on the stair doorways, one of us just avoided a serious fall because i turned around to point out the hazard which enabled me to catch her as she tripped over...

「Arrived at the hotel only to find the hotel had been closed since February, despite taking payment from me and sending email correspondence directly from the hotel. Hotels.com we’re utterly useless is helping resolve this so I had to book another hotel at my own expense. Avoid this hotel.」
