Clean, comfortable and sophisticated hotel

What I liked most was the comfort of the accommodation and its cleanliness. This gives it a 10/10. What I think could be improved is the inclusion of some leisure areas for the family. A small game room, a heated pool, etc.

The hotel's gym is quite unsatisfactory. The doors could be less noisy. But the overall impression is very good, very kind and effective staff and a full breakfast.

It was great, I just didn't like the breakfast. Very poor for the level of the hotel, little variety, almost nothing healthy, stale bread, bad fruit, and if you want an omelet, tapioca or something similar, you have to pay extra. It left much to be desired.

Staff not prepared to host international clients. They were rude at the very first moment at the check in. Parking lot inside the hotel, is so narrow, you must be a really good driver to deal with the small place. Not to mention is dark, old and dirty. Complete gym? What a joke! They describe on their website they have a full gym for your exercises. Never saw something funnier.

O quarto e a equipe eram excelentes. Únicos pontos negativos é a piscina, que fica de frente pra rua e não é aquecida. Mesmo sendo dias quentes estava absurdamente fria. E no quarto o ponto negativo foi o chuveiro, estava velho então o jato se dispersa não sendo agradável o banho.

O Occitano é um bom hotel, com uma equipe educada e cortes. O quarto é justo e limpo, mas admitia um pouco de barulho da rua e não vedava totalmente a entrada de luz. O check in foi foi um pouco lento, na hora chegaram muitos hospedes e a recepção demorou um pouco a se adaptar. O estacionamento dentro do hotel é um desafio! Recebi minha nota fiscal por e-mail, pedi para retificar e até agora não recebi resposta.
