A hotel fica a 15 minutos (carro) de Cefalú. Instalações bem bonitas, com piscina excelente e um pedaço pequeno de praia particular. Quartos eram muito bons tb. As refeições eram boas, mas o jantar era meio caótico (embora a comida tenha sido muito boa), pelo grande número de hóspedes atendidos (fomos em Julho, alta temporada). Ainda assim, nunca faltou lugar nem comida. Recomendo.

Das Hotel ist ganz okay, wenn auch zum Normalpreis relativ teuer. Die Anlage ist so schön wie auf den Bildern; nur drei Stockwerke. Leider war aber nicht alles so, wie in der Beschreibung. Das Zimmer war mit "Meerblick", das Meer war aber nur im Stehen vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Die angekündigte Regendusche war eine ganz normale Dusche mit wenig Wasserdruck und ständig wechselnder Wassertemperatur. Alle müssen ein Bändchen tragen. Die Minibar ist nicht im All inclusive enthalten, abgesehen vom sehr guten Kaffee ist die inclusive-Getränkeauswahl überschaubar. Es gibt nur ein Buffetrestaurant, nur Wein und Wasser sind inclusive. Wenn man die Tücher für Pool und Strand wechseln will, kostet das jedes Mal pro Tuch 5 €! Beim Check-in wird auf der Kreditkarte eine Kaution (bei uns 150 €) geblockt, damit evtl. entstehende Ausgaben gedeckt sind; das hatten wir noch nie. Steiniger Zugang zum Meer, Schuhe mitnehmen

Strand nicht sehr gepflegt sehr steinig, der Pool war Sandig und wurde nicht sehr oft gereinigt. Der Allgemeinzustand des Hotels ist etwas in dir Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war okay aber nichts besonderes. Zimmer waren sauber. Allgemein war es in Ordnung mehr aber auch nicht. Meiner Meinung nach zu teuer für das was es am Ende ist.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Acacia Resort in Sicily. One of the highlights was the incredible buffet breakfast, which offered one of the best selections we experienced during our travels. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste, making each morning a great start to the day. The pool was absolutely amazing—large, beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The resort grounds were attractive and peaceful, creating a very enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall experience was excellent. If you are looking for a relaxing resort with outstanding breakfast options and a fantastic pool, I highly recommend Acacia Resort. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay in Sicily!

Overall rating is OK. If you are a tennis player you will be disappointed with the court. It’s not as the picture on Expedia advertised…check the satellite image for a real picture. Pretty disappointed with Expedia’s rating of this hotel and the hotel they transferred us from which was rated on Expedia as 5 stars, but was really 3 stars if that. After using Expedia for over 20 years, I’m now reconsidering if I can trust their recommendations any longer. Very sad!

Fint ophold med half board, og der var et fint udvalg af mad, der er stille ikke megen larm kun om aftenen fra underholdning med musik, stranden er ikke noget, men pool så flot og lækker, der er ikke helt nok liggestole, men det går, det kræver en bil, der er ikke noget udenfor hotellet, god oplevelse

Beautiful grounds and pool. Beach disappointing, but quiet. Music every evening went on too late, near hotel rooms. Breakfast and dinner buffets excellent, but very difficult to get to anywhere else to dine as shuttle returned to hotel at 6pm. Hire car would be useful, but not essential as there are trains and taxis available.

Alles super. Tennisplatz beton wie überall auf sizilien und getränke und essen sehr teuer im hotel. Super sauber und persoal sehr nett. Autobahn hört man und man riecht teilweise die abgase. Ansonsten istdie anlagetraumhaft. Der strand könnte noch schöner angelegt sein.

The Pros Perfect Location: The hotel is in an ideal spot, and our room had a great location with a wonderful private patio. Excellent AC & Cleanliness: The property was very clean. The biggest highlight was having individual mini-split AC controls—a total dealbreaker for us. Dinner Perks: Unlimited wine carafes during dinner. The Cons Cramped Room & Zero Privacy: The room was very small, barely fitting a corner closet and two chairs. Worse, the bathroom was separated from the bed by only a sliding glass door, offering zero privacy and amplified acoustics. A solid door or separate water closet is badly needed. Poor Bathroom Layout & Maintenance: The trim and plaster need attention, and the shower routinely flooded the bathroom floor. Housekeeping also annoyingly left clean towels on the bidet. Impractical Amenities: The mini-fridge is too small to hold standard liter water bottles. Additionally, the pool bar is inconveniently located far away in the lobby, with confusing rules about using different glasses at different times. Misleading Value & Food: For the price, it is misleading that the resort is not all-inclusive—only breakfast is included. While breakfast was acceptable for Italy, dinner is not worth staying around for. You can find much better, cheaper culinary options nearby in Cefalù.

Poor choice by us booked 14days left after 6 days .. beach like a builders yard .. only one Resturant for dinner buffet average quality and limited choice poor wine selection staff don’t want be there .. no restaurants near hotel all 30+ mins away and poor quality.. nice pool .. bar ran like a 1980’s place poor choice of wine no draught beer limited bottles.. breakfast same everyday limited fresh fruit mainly tinned stuff couldn’t stay in this time warp .foe 14 days . room supposed to be garden view mainly a bunch of pebbles and a row of scruffy trees … we had to leave

Awesome 4-star resort experience

Wonderful resort, with everything you could expect of a 4-star resort in Europe. Rooms are spacious, clean with comfortable bed. Guests are mainly locals, so not too touristy. The restaurant serves both breakfast and dinner buffets, with plenty of options of tasty (both local and international) variations of food. The pool is huge, with both a child friendly part with shallow water, and a part with deeper water, great for swimming etc. Staff is very friendly, polite and makes sure the guests are having a good time. The resort is located 20mins drive from Cefalù, but there is no public transport, so expect to spend some money on transport/taxi if you want to visit the beautiful city of Cefalù. Price for the taxi is 35€ one way, if you book with the Hotel. Local taxis charge 50€ or more. We will definitely be back.

Très bel hôtel ça s arrête là pour ce qui y est de l hôtel … petit déjeuner catastrophique limite irrespectueux envers la clientèle … café au niveau d une cafétéria de station service alors qu en Italie le café est excellent partout nourriture dans l ensemble petit dej dej dîner très mauvais et indigne d un hôtel de ce standing … concernant la chambre literie de mauvaise qualité frigidaire qui ne refroidit rien pour j imagine inciter les clients à consommer au bar de l hôtel …. Ma seule bonne note concernera la piscine et l accueil du spa du 4 eme étage qui fut parfait ainsi que la piscine de l hôtel qui est très sympa également … je ne reviendrais pas

Lots of pros, lots of cons

A two part review. Pros - a large hotel with great infrastructure, lovely rooms, first class friendly service, huge pool, amazingly clean and superb attractive gardens. Cons - the food was mass catering, buffet style, edible but bland and not especially well presented. The beach was truly horrible. Very pebbly, seriously uncomfortable to walk on, painful to get into the sea and not very attractive to sunbathe on (although beds around the pool were plentiful and comfortable. Pool side bar and toilets were not up to standard. The hotel is some distance from any village or attractions so a car is needed although the hotel does provide a shuttle service to Palermo and Cefalu. Also there were day trips arranged by the hotel. A decent chef and a bulldozer to the beach are essential to make this a stand out hotel worthy of all 4 stars.

Resort has loud music until midnight every night so don’t plan on sleeping until after midnight. Every day loud announcers at the pool over the speakers and music is played so loud there is no way to relax. The food is awful which is so sad because Sicily is known for good food. We ended up taking a taxi into town for dinners but taxis are only available until 10pm and have to be pre arranged so it’s not convenient. So you have to get back from dinner by 10pm or you are stuck. Two massages at the spa were awful they are not well trained or experienced. The spa itself was pretty but the loud announcing and loud speaker from the pool again makes it where it’s hard to relax. Facilities were clean and nice.

Helt ok hotel. Fin frokost - middag også men ikke wow, forskjellig utvalg men kjedelige smaker. En må jo kjøpe alt, ingen butikker i nærheten. Ved innsjekk blir en belastet for solsenger, minigolf, strandhånkle. Dyrt me taxi og ca 40 min til nærmeste by. Fint bassengområdet,, stranden veldig mye stein i sjøen, så ubehahelig å bade hvis Bølger. Savnet også te/kaffe koker på rom Mye maur på rom til våre venner og i fellesområdene Hadde nok valgt et hotel som var mer sentralt
