「The apartment is nicely decorated, and the location in old town is excellent. They are very clear before booking about the five flights of stairs with no elevator access. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, kettle, nespresso, and French press. The balcony is not large enough to use the table and chairs provided, only enough room for standing, and the balcony doors are very difficult to open. 「The apartment was not clear to find. We had to try multiple doors on different floors to find the place. The owner did not reply to my question as to location for about an hour later. We were nervous getting our luggage up 2 floors of straight up stairs in the dim lit hallway. We sat on the bed in the main room and it was hard and lumpy. We decided this was an uncomfortable place and didn't want to fall straight down 2 sets of floors. We returned the key and notified the owner. We notified VRBO...
