Relax with the family at this cozy home away from home. Enjoy the great outdoors with hiking, skiing and sledding in the White Mountains of Waterville Estates. Per Waterville Estate regulation, booking guest must be at least 24 years of age. Come enjoy our heated pool, jacuzzi, and gym in our local Waterville facility, a 3 min drive from the home. 1 free guest pass is provided for entry into the facility. Subsequent guests will have to pay for entry as per recent changes made to Waterville Valley Facility policy.A fee of $500 will be charged for the missing guest pass.
We enjoy sharing our home with others. Please be respectful of the property and surrounding neighbors as regards to picking up trash after grilling and monitoring noise levels. Guests are also reminded to abide by the rules and regulations of the Waterville Valley Estate. Upon check-out, guests are responsible for the following:
-Closing and locking all windows and doors
-Turning all lights turned
-Refrigerator, cupboards and closets removed of all personal items.
-All trash is placed in the dumpster located outside the home.
-Thermostat lowered to 55 degrees.
-Strip all beds used of linens and place at the bottom of the steps along with used towels, rags and face cloths.
-Load and start the dishwasher
-Plug camera in the laundry room back in
