On your next escape to the mountains, hunker down at this first-floor Waterville Estates condo. This mountain-view escape is within 12 miles of Plymouth, NH, and 11 of Plymouth State University (PSU). Outdoor enthusiasts will be thrilled to know there are many hiking trails nearby and skiing and ice skating during the winter months. Other great local attractions include Welch-Dickey Trailhead, White Mountain Disc Golf, Blair Covered Bridge, The Flying Monkey, Smith Covered Bridge, Polar Caves Park, Loon Mountain Resort, and Gunstock Mountain Resort.

When you book this mountain charmer, you are also granted access to amazing on-site amenities, including pools, a fitness center, a pond open for fishing and swimming, skating in the winter; tennis, basketball, pickleball, and volleyball courts, a hot tub, a BBQ area with charcoal grills, an arcade, and a steam room.

Inside, comfortable evenings can be spent cozied up on the plush sofa, streaming your favorite shows. The kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals with its full suite of appliances and ample meal prep space. Additional interior features you'll love include a fireplace, private washer/dryer, and internet access.

Perfect little apres ski condo

Great location, pretty views but some issues…

My family and I experienced some issues while staying here and when we reached out to host, we got texts back from appeared to be the national team and we were told the local team would resolve some issues but never received follow up. We had issues with the code to enter the building, then the actual doorknob in the room our daughter was staying fell off and it looked like it had been broken previously and was hanging by a thread. There were no screws or anything we could use to fix… when we went to open the shades in the morning the window rod fell off, and we saw it was held together with duct tape. We were also disappointed to learn the “on site” pool is actually just over a mile from the property (wish that part was listed in the description as I didn’t have a car during the day and needed to walk w child in the rain to use). Also only one adult can use pool pass as they charge 10.00 for each additional person (listing did not mention this so we assumed our family could use the pool without any charges). The place itself was in clean condition and we loved the location, however, it was disappointing to be told by vacasa we would be hearing from someone asap but nobody followed up. 24 hours after we checked out, we heard from the maintenance property manager and he said they just then received the message that we needed them to fix the door so I think the issue is a disconnect between the national vacasa folks and their local team (which we still have not heard back from)
