"It was good airport shuttle and convenient but the hotel was older could have used some renovations"

"They overbooked the hotel. Gave me someone else’s room. When we walked in there was clothes and suitcases all over the place. So they cancelled our reservation to “refund” our stay. Front desk customer service was unprofessional to the point of her hiding in the back office to avoid speaking with us. No empathy…no apology."

"The staff really makes this place shine. That and the location. You cannot beat it right next to Bowen’s Wharf. Also, the pool is fun and the outside areas are as well. The staff is all very nice and work hard to make it a great experience. The property is a little tired and could use a refresh, but it’s not dirty, just a bit old. I choose to overlook and just enjoy the location and the great atmosphere. "
