Will say, the general surrounding area was less than scenic, and a lot of trash around the entirety of the neighborhood, but all we needed was a place to sleep while we hit up resorts during the day, so would give a good review.”

“This property looks exactly like it is listed. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of rooms, good sitting area at the back. Everything is good. However, there is no garage parking, at least adjacent to the property. There could be other options nearby. Also, there was no community pass as the pool was closed (we visited during end of March). I would recommend the owner to send only related communication during check in and check out instead of the generic communication.”

“I would like to share my experience at cozy house big bass lake. The owner of this house was very nice and quick to respond to questions. The house was very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I go to pennsylvania almost every year for vacation but this house was the best we have ever been to. There are a lot of fun things to do with kids in different locations. “We chose this location because of its proximity to Pocono Raceway. The communication with the host was excellent and the check in process was flawless. The house was neat and clean with the basic essentials provided. The home does not have central air but does have very capable floor units in both bedrooms. This was my very first stay using the VRBO platform and I hope all of my future experiences will be as good as this one. I would highly recommend this host and property. ”

“The place was freezing! Following the directions to use the heaters was only successful on a couple of the units. Most of them just sat at the minimum heat levels. NONE of the TVs worked or at least didn't have any service. There were NO directions on how to use them, and many tries with both remotes resulted only in frustration. Someone left the window open in the main bathroom until we got there...don't know why. The ceiling in one of the rooms was coming down, and there were cracks in……
