Beautiful, comfortable chalet "Cesa Minach", 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by meadows. Lavanderia a gettoni a 300 m. 500 m from the centre of Canazei, in a sunny position, along the wooded area, 350 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large garden (not fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Shop, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 200 m, bar, café 500 m, bus stop 50 m. Gondola lift 350 m, ski bus stop 50 m. Nearby attractions: Sella Ronda 350 m, Lago di Carezza 24 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.
2-room apartment 30 m2, on the upper ground floor. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Shower/bidet/WC. View of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Petit, pratique, bien situé

Un logement pour 2 personnes, 2 pièces + sdb. Bien situé à l'entrée de Canazei, dans un chalet en retrait sur un terrain herbeux. L'équipement est très sommaire : pas d'électroménager à part une bouilloire électrique. Mais l'annonce le précise, donc pas de surprise. Bonne literie, linge de lit et de toilette fourni. L'isolation sonore laisse à désirer, on entend fort les voisins. Pris élevé pour le niveau d'équipement, mais la région est chère... Nous avons malgré cela passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement.
