I will not be staying at a Stayz property again. The instructions for finding to key were terrible. I only gained entry to the property because the door had been left unlocked and the keys left inside. The property had not been cleaned at the appointed check in time. The response to my complaint about this was completely inadequate. I did not gain entry to the place until after 8 pm and the place was cold, stank, and the bed was damp. My request for extra blankets was refused. The vacuum had not been cleaned and was not capable of cleaning. Overall a terrible experience.
