Step into a cosy apartment, perfect for a peaceful getaway or exploring Kingston Foreshore. It offers a modern, spacious living area, fully-equipped kitchen, and sleek bathroom. Unwind in the bright bedroom or enjoy the lively atmosphere from the private balcony.
You can access all the property's amenities throughout your stay.

BEDROOM:
Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. I provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper and body wash.

KITCHEN:
You'll be very tempted to dine out but please feel free to make use of the fully-equipped kitchen. It has:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- crockery and complete set of cutlery
- toaster
- electric kettle
- microwave

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a Hisense 65" TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.

LAUNDRY:
A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's BBQ area throughout your stay.

The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.

Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

I have been living in Canberra for quite some time and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

Nearby, you’ll find Bowen Park, Lotus Bay, and the Jerrabomberra Wetlands Nature Reserve, perfect for outdoor adventures. Take a quick drive to popular tourist spots such as Red Hill Lookout and the Canberra Times Fountain for stunning views of the city.

Driving: Major roads and thoroughfares are easily accessible, making it simple to explore the city or head out to nearby attractions like Lake Burley Griffin, Kingston Foreshore, and Manuka Shopping Precinct, all just minutes away.

Public Transport: The area is well-served by local bus routes, with stops nearby that can take you around Canberra, including to popular destinations like the Canberra Centre, Westfield Woden, and the National Museum of Australia.

Cycling/Walking: For a more leisurely experience, the Kingston Foreshore is just a short walk away, offering a beautiful lakeside path for cycling or strolling. The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly, and you’ll find parks and walking tracks nearby, including those around Bowen Park and Jerrabomberra Wetlands.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.

2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.

7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
