Unit Layout
You will be staying in an 8-room house that spans over two levels and covers an area of 240 square meters. The house was fully renovated in 2020 and features comfortable and tasteful furnishings. On the ground floor, you will find a large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a TV (flat screen), and a hi-fi system. This level also includes one room with a French bed (140 cm wide and 190 cm long), another room with two beds (90 cm wide and 190 cm long), a walk-through room with two beds (90 cm wide and 190 cm long) and a separate toilet. The large kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Both the living/dining room and one of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden. Additionally, there are two showers and a separate toilet on this level. The upper floor features a large lounge area with a bar and a TV (flat screen), a home cinema setup, two rooms with dressing rooms (each room has a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long), and one room with two beds (90 cm wide and 190 cm long). There is also a bathroom with a double hand-basin and a separate toilet on this level.
