「An absolutely perfect stay! The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, they are genuinely a credit to the business. We (late 30’s couple) stayed in a private ensuite room - it was very clean and had everything you could need. Basic but perfect for our 2 nights. The hostel itself was beautiful. So clean and well manicured. There’s a fridge/cooker etc if needed. The communal areas were really well thought out and the whole place was pretty much silent the whole time we were there....

「All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner.」

「住宿的房間剛好在餐廳下方，很早就會有機器的運作聲音，會有點吵。飯店附近有家按摩店，還不錯．走路約10分鐘的路程有超市及大型購物中心． 早餐可選擇的東西很少，不推薦。」

「Von außen sieht das ganze ja ganz nett aus, von innen allerdings fürchterlich. Auf dem Gang zum Zimmer waren riesige Schmutz-Fleicken am Boden, im Zimmer roch es stark nach kalten Rauch, der Boden war an mehreren Stellen kaputt, die Toilette und die Dusche waren so dreckig das ich mich dort nicht duschen wollte. Das Personal sprach schlecht Englisch. Dieser Hotel würde ich nicht mehr buchen 」

「Cleanliness was fine and the cleaners are really nice. They also speak better English than most. The room is very worn. There was mold in the ceiling, the watertap was loose and we had trouble stopping the water etc. Breakfast was decent as Indonesian but really bad as American. The waitress was very nice. She even gave us an appreciated omelette. The pool looks nice. This hotel has seen better days, but it still charges as if all is fine.」

「L’établissement a dû être magnifique à sa construction, mais il est aujourd’hui laissé à l’abandon. La piscine privée du chalet est inutilisable non fonctionnel et sans eau , la piscine commune est en mauvais état et n’est pas nettoyée, et la salle de bain était vraiment sale - robinet vert. De plus, le personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais. C’est vraiment dommage, car le lieu est superbement décoré et a un énorme potentiel. Malheureusement, cela reste le pire hôtel de nos trois semaines de...
