「All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner.」

「Bangunan baru dan bersih. Kamar luas , rapi , dan bersih. Toilet modish dengan air panas dan perlengkapan mandi yg lengkap. Fast wifi dan tv led dgn indovision. Sangat cocok utk tempat bersantai bersama keluarga」

Everything was great: hotel was clean, staffs were great, beautiful decoration, cool koi pond, and the breakfast itself, with so many options, made us didn"t want to leave this place😄. This hotel is located in one of the best areas in Malang. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I'm in town. 」

「Rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a great view over the city of Malang. Staff was very friendly too and even though they had quite a few trainees on the roster when I stayed, they tried their best and always had a smile on their face, even though they were still learning and occasionally had to clarify a number of things with the senior staff. I had to set off very early in the morning but they were kind enough to prepare a packed breakfast (with delicious nasi goreng) for me. 」

「住宿的房間剛好在餐廳下方，很早就會有機器的運作聲音，會有點吵。飯店附近有家按摩店，還不錯．走路約10分鐘的路程有超市及大型購物中心． 早餐可選擇的東西很少，不推薦。」

「ホテルは清潔に保たれています。 スカイラウンジも24時間対応で食事できます。とても便利で味付けも日本とほぼ変わらなく大変美味しいです。 値段もとても安くて安心して過ごすことが出来ます。 難点は部屋に冷蔵庫が無い。貴重品を入れる金庫が無い。ドライヤーが無い事です。それを理解すれば快適に過ごせます。凄くいいホテルです。おススメです、わ」

「整體來說可以，員工服務不錯 房間清潔程度不夠 部分房間窗戶破舊 而且三人房只有兩套杯 及衛生用品 淋浴設備 水力充是 而且熱水可以洗澡只是浴室有點清潔不足 但作為中轉站 是可以接受的 。」

「A lovely old building, unfortunately a mass renovation was happening when i stayed. Despite that it was still a nice stay. The staff were great, the restaurant good and the room nice.」
