"We were grateful to get this property for our large family Christmas at the last minute. The weather was beautiful so the beach access was absolutely a wonderful experience! We made great memories. The outdoor gathering area and deck were fantastic and we enjoyed meals and games together. We had 20 people ranging from 2 years-old to 76. The owners were great communicators, which we appreciated very much.However, we weren’t able to get a lot of sleep due to the squeaking metal beds and doors that did not open and close properly.We also had several people trip on the sagging uneven creaking floors in both upstairs, and the unsafe narrow stairs in the A-Frame. We also struggled to cook big meals due to the poor quality of the stove/oven. Again, the outside experience was amazing and we have no regrets. We will never forget our beach Christmas. "
