Visiting Umbria

Great location for visiting Umbria. The owners are excellent hosts and are a wealth of information. We enjoyed the wine and food pairing they offer. This B and B exceeded our expectations.

Sgradevole sorpresa

All'arrivo tutto ok, accoglienza cordiale, bella camera anche se un po' spartana (un frigobar sarebbe stato gradito, come pure dei tappetini scendiletto), colazione di buona qualità (confetture deludenti per essere fatte in casa), dovizia di informazioni fornite dall'albergatore. Purtroppo al rientro serale ritroviamo la camera esattamente come l'avevamo lasciata, neanche un po' rassettata, pavimenti sporchi e bagno ancora con tracce d'acqua ecc. Ci viene risposto che il servizio di pulizia previsto nelle condizioni di contratto viene fatto ogni 3 (!) giorni, altrimenti è richiesto un supplemento giornaliero! Peccato che tutto ciò non fosse per niente evidente sulla scheda di prenotazione online, ma molto chiaro sul fascicolo informativo in camera! A parte che mi sembra che gli standard minimi di una sistemazione alberghiera decente dovrebbero prevedere la pulizia e il rassetto quotidiani, come una persona civile fa in casa propria, il non includerli nella tariffa pare un modo un po' disinvolto di tenere i prezzi proposti più bassi del reale. Quindi grossa delusione e giudizio non lusinghiero per una struttura per altri versi di pregio.

Very Friendly

Very clean, comfortable, meet the couple who own and operate the vineyard. Paolo and his wife were very friendly and generous. Paolo gave us a tour of the property giving us an education in growing both olives and grapes. The man loves his work. Reno and Ruth Ann

Séjour culturel et reposant en Ombrie

Séjour très agréable et reposant. Accueil professionnel et sympathique. dégustation des produits locaux et de ceux du propriétaire (huile d'olive). Idéalement placé, cet agritourisme permet de visiter des villes très touristiques (Assise, Pérouse, Spello, Gubbio) et de rentrer se poser au calme le soir.
